This 62-ft-high monument is inspired by the Arco de la Victoria in Madrid, designed by the Spanish sculptor Gines Serran Pagan. The said monument consists of one emperor in the center with two lions named Pride and Passion, three horses pulling the chariot, and two trumpeting angels covered in 24 karat gold.
