Going paperless is one of the little things we can do to care for our environment. As Megaworld Corporation continues to stay true to the concept of iTownships, we believe that we also should do our part in promoting digital technology as well as environmental sustainability.

This is why the Business Development Group is starting to make their agent contracts live.

Through the help of two software, we were able to come up with an easier and a more convenient way to sign a Sales Agency Agreement. The process goes like this:

1. The agent will be given a QR code and a password to access a simply-made form. This will ask for his/her personal information, bank account details, e-signature, an ID photo, and valid IDs.

2. The information submitted will be automatically generated into the template of our contract.

3. The agent will receive the contract generated to his/her registered email address. In order for us to start processing his/her accreditation, the agent must reply to the email as confirmation.

Here are some reminders for our agents in answering the form.

Since we under pilot testing, this new process will only be available to new agents who are scheduled for table training and who have not signed their contracts yet. We, at Business Development Group, honor the importance of our contracts that we would like to keep its access exclusive.

In the days to come, we may allow the use of this new process during roadshows and events but this would be subject for approval.
