Added Commission, A Trip to Japan, and More!

This quarter started off great as Megaworld International launched its focus projects and their promos. Several benefits and promo packages were approved to provide perks to our Property Ambassadors for promoting our developments as well as to our investors for their commitment.

Focus projects include Arcovia Palazzo in Pasig City, Gentry Manor and Bayshore Residential Resort 2 Phase 2 inside Westside City, Eastwood Global Plaza Luxury Residences in Eastwood City, Vion Tower in Makati City, Bryant Parklane in Capital Town Pampanga, and Fort Bonifacio projects – Park Mckinley West, Uptown Arts, and The Florence. For Property Ambassadors

Heads up, MAs and Senior MAs!

Marketing Associates (MAs) will automatically be promoted as Senior Marketing Associates (Senior MAs) if they are able to sell at least one unit of Arcovia Palazzo, Gentry Manor, or Bayshore Residential Resort Phase 2. This promo is valid from February 1, 2020 until August 31, 2020.

Aside from that, MAs and Senior MAs also get an additional .25% commission for every generated sale of any Westside City project aforementioned. This specific promo is valid from February 1, 2020 until April 30, 2020 only.

For Investors

This is one of the many ways the company gives back to the investors. Megaworld International launched four promo packages for all the focus projects, with a trip to Dubai/Japan or a Php16,000 worth of gift certificates as the rewards.

● Seaside Package

The only retail sale promo that entitles the investor a one-way ticket to Dubai/Japan and a 3-days and 2-night hotel accommodation at any businessman’s hotel. All the investor needs is to avail one unit of Gentry Manor or Bayshore Residential Resort 2 Phase 2.

● The Fort Package

Once a bulk investor successfully offloaded one unit of Park McKinley West, five units of Uptown Arts, and four units of The Florence, his/her resell buyers are all entitled to one plane ticket each going to Dubai or Japan.

● Business District Package

Once a bulk investor successfully offloaded five units of Arcovia Palazzo and five units of Vion Tower, his/her resell buyers will receive Php16,000 worth of gift certificates valid in Newport City. They can choose from shopping and dining experience, leisure and entertainment experience, or relaxation experience.

● City Package

Once a bulk investor successfully offloaded six units of Arcovia Palazzo, two units of Eastwood Global Plaza, and two Bryant Parklane units, his/her resell buyers are also entitled to the gift certificates mentioned.

Before the bulk investors may claim the prizes, sales must be verified and the purchased unit must have cleared reservation fee (RF) and three cleared monthly amortizations. Promo period is from March 1, 2020 until August 31, 2020 only. For mechanics and more information, you may reach out to the Marketing Team.

All of these promos are being explained through the Training and Business Development Group’s (TBDG) initiative – the Train and Tour Sesh. This is free for all accredited Property Ambassadors who wish to get an exclusive training and tripping to all the focus projects.
