From a traditional training procedure, Training Group will start using the “Blended Training Approach or Strategy” through its newest project, STEP Plus (STEP+).

What is Blended Training Approach, and how can it be delivered?

Blended learning is a hot phrase in the training world, and it usually refers to a mixing of traditional face-to-face classroom facilitation with computer-based modules — usually self-paced online training and assessments. Through an online learning platform called TalentLMS, the Training Group will be creating online examinations not only to gauge the knowledge of our international sales ambassadors but will also lead them to a higher retention of learning.

After a core group member completes the initial Seven Training Extensive Program (STEP) which includes seven different modules and a revalida assessment, he/she moves on to STEP Plus. This is a five-set online assessment to be accomplished within their six-month contract period. The online examinations, which range from 20 to 30 questions, will cover the modules discussed in STEP and will also include the Philippine Real Estate Laws as the last assessment. The passing score for each test is 95% before the core member moves forward to the next module. The Training Group will be collecting the results and will give feedback to their respective territory heads upon renewal of their contract.

With an improved strategy set to be introduced this 2019, the Training Group is more than confident that this continuous learning experience will give prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of all their core group sellers and will give them greater understanding of their responsibilities within their role and will increase productivity and adherence to quality and of course, international standards.
