Megaworld International Celebrates its 20th Year this 2019

Two decades ago, nothing was certain except for one thing: dream.

Megaworld International was born out of dream. A dream to provide quality homes. A dream to bring global Filipinos closer to home. A dream to create more value to Filipino overseas through real estate investments. And twenty years past, Megaworld International has steadfastly realized this dream.

With more than 1,000 international property ambassadors in over 50 countries, and close to a hundred key employees in the division, Megaworld International continues to embark in a world of opportunities where property ambassadors uplift the standards of investment, employees shape a culture of learning, and investors impact the real estate landscape.

What started as a simple space of less than five people has amassed an army of dedicated property warriors, whose spears of knowledge and shields of determination have overturned the challenge of going global. Fast forward to 20 years, that army turned to a family; and this family, fortified in a common vision, is what this celebration is for.

Last August 16, 2019, Rev. Fr. Mark Munda officiated the blessing of the Megaworld International office at the 30th Floor of Alliance Global Tower and was followed by a Thanksgiving Mass held at the Chapel of St. Gabriel the Archangel in Uptown Mall. This was participated by all Megaworld International employees and was immediately followed by a simple lunch get-together in the Great Hall at the 26th Floor.

It was a quiet celebration. But its irony stems from the resounding causes the company has promoted since its inception. Megaworld Corporation has been in the forefront of the industry for the past 30 years, and Megaworld International is proud to share the banner in the last 20 years. Megaworld International Senior Vice President and Managing Director shared to us the reason of the division’s success.

The truth is that every organization is only as good as its people. Companies are defined by the people they hire and work with. Businesses are a reflection of a collective decision. For the past two decades of consistent growth, our numbers are proof of two things: Megaworld International does not just build moments…they build people.
