ARDEN BOTANICAL ESTATE

This 2019, Megaworld Corporation, together with its subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI), launched its 25th township development named “Arden Botanical Estate”.
Arden Botanical Estate is located at the boundary of Trece Martires City and Tanza, Cavite. It will cover 251 hectares of land and will be surrounded by rivers, natural parks, and open spaces to preserve Philippine flora and fauna. Sustainability features will also be showcased in the township such as solar lights, electric shuttles, and an electric tram.
Inside the township development will be two residential villages - The Lindgren and Arden Botanical Village.
The Lindgren

The Lindgren was the first village launched in Arden Botanical Estate. Lindgren is derived from the German word “linde” meaning lime tree. The reason for the name can be the expansive and various trees within the residential village.
The Lindgren will have two storeys, three storeys, and duplex house design, ranging from 159 to 266 square meters. The Scandinavian style will offer a clean and minimalist lifestyle for its residents.
Arden Botanical Village

The second residential village launched is Arden Botanical Village, named after the township development itself.
Arden Botanical Village will comprise of 329 lots ranging from 280 to 609 square meters. It will also be Scandinavian-inspired and will be designed by renowned landscape architect and environmental planner Paulo Alcarazen. This is the first residential development that will be master-planned by a landscape architect, as said by Megaworld’s First Vice President for Sales and Marketing Eugene Lozano.
