This 2019, Megaworld Corporation celebrated its 30th year in the real estate industry. A proper way to celebrate this milestone is by revisiting, reviewing and redefining the existing VISION-MISSION-VALUES (VMV) of the company that will guide us for the next 30 years and beyond.

The Human Resources Department, through the assistance of some seasoned key trainers, conducted a series of orientation to cascade the new VMV to all employees. The objectives include to help employees understand why the company implemented these changes, to value the company's journey from its humble beginnings, and more importantly, to embed these new concepts into their hearts.

It was an honor for me to be one of the chosen facilitators. Megaworld became my second home for the past 17 years and sharing the new VMV to my fellow employees is my way of giving back to the company.
